A nine-month investigation by Evanston police into a Craigslist ad soliciting sex has led to charges against four men in their 40s and 50s for criminal sexual abuse of a year-old boy.
The boy's parents cooperated with police after police in August discovered an ad from the victim soliciting sex, Evanston police said in a news release. Police recovered messages, computer records and cell phone billing information that linked the boy to the men who responded to his ad, police said.
